I have experience in operating in different jurisdictions, identifying the main characteristics of the market and establishing the best way forward. Segmenting the market to develop specific regional or Country plans in order to tailor your strategy to meet the demands of that market.

Expanding into new markets
I have extensive experience in taking existing successful products and selling them into new International markets. I can help to challenge and create the ability to diversify the regions you are operating in, with the knowledge of the regulatory and local customs and practices.
Acquisitions and integration
Having thought through a potential acquisition, how will you integrate the newly acquired company into your existing framework. Best of breed is a much used metaphor but after an acquisition what are your metrics for making that decision?
Over the years I have been involved in several very large acquisitions and have been acquired. I have experience across all the main segments of an organisation, Infrastructure, IT, marketing, Human resources and Product enhancement and development. I have helped to bring all these elements together to a successful conclusion.
